Recommended use and application of Shilajit resin

The optimal dosage of Shilajit resin can vary from individual to individual and depends on factors such as age, health status, personal goals and product quality.

Dosage:Start with 100–200 mg daily and increase the amount gradually.

Recommended daily dose: For best results, take 250 mg twice daily (500 mg total per day) – ideally morning and evening before going to bed.

Easy portioning: The enclosed measuring spoon enables precise and uncomplicated dosing.

Preparation:

Dissolve the resin in about 200 ml of lukewarm liquid such as milk, water, tea or coffee. Alternatively, smoothies are also suitable. Honey can be added for additional flavour.

You can also place the measured amount directly under your tongue and wash it down with liquid.
